Herbal Consult for Supporting Your Immune System with Ian Russell. Initial consult - 30mins - $100 Includes consult and formulation of management plan. Management plan will be sent in the form of an email. Follow up consults - 30 mins - $75 Please Note: Chinese herbal medicine and supplement costs are separate and vary depending on the individual plan. Herbs and supplements will be sent by an overnight satchel, and we will advise you of postage and packaging costs at the time of payment. How it works - Please book your online Zoom consult here on the website. You will receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link for the date and time selected. After your consult, we will email a detailed management plan to you for you to check you are happy with the cost of the herbs and supplements. You can then reply to the email to confirm you are happy to go ahead and reception staff will then call you to process the payment for the consult and products, including postage, and you should receive the products in 1-2 days depending on Australia Post.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide 24 hrs notice by contacting Ian on 0439 404 145. Failure to do so will result in pre-payment for all future sessions.
