Please bring along your private health care card to your appointment. Our practitioners are covered by all the major funds so if you have the relevant cover, we can process your rebate for you.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, due to cancellations at short notice and a high demand for appointments, we are now implementing a Cancellation/No-show Fee.

Appointments missed or cancelled on the day may be charged a fee of $50.

A confirmation text message is sent to you the day before your appointment and we appreciate you responding to confirm or cancel.
