Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, due to cancellations at short notice and a high demand for appointments, we now have the following policy in place.

 

Late Notice Fee - Cancellations/reschedules with less that 24 hours' notice - $50 fee

Cancellation Fee - Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur the full appointment cost of $95.

You will receive a reminder text 48-72 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond to this message within 24 hours of receiving it. This will allow us to manage clients who may be on a waiting list for an appointment.
