Ian at East Meets West Chinese Medicine is offering a unique program that combines the Neuro Change Method®, an evidence-based personal development program, with acupuncture to help you create meaningful and sustainable change. The Neuro Change program runs over the course of seven, 1 hour sessions, which can be booked and paid for individually, or as a group of seven all at once. PLEASE NOTE: Booking this session entitles you to seven, 1 hour coaching sessions with Ian Russell. After booking, you will receive a booking code to use when booking your follow up sessions.
